TV Browse view : no elevation on the first item

Description

On TV, when you just enter on a browse view, the first item is focus.

But there is no elevation on this item, only shadow. As soon as you browse items of this view, elevation appears on each ones.

First default item should have on elevation

Elevation only appears if you browse this view.
