Option to align subtitles with screen edge

Description

Right now, if you choose "Fit to screen" scale option with enabled subtitles, cropping inevitably will cut out subtitles.
It depends on screen resolution and video. But given that long screens with ratio of 18:9 and more become more common, all 16:9 videos will be displayed with subtitles cropped out in these cases.

Most closed captions do not set vertical position themselves (and many subtitle formats do not support changing their position at all). So, when bottom of the screen is cut out, part of subtitles may be cut out too.

I have a phone with screen resolution of 1440×3120 (19.5:9). By using simple math, we can calculate how much of a screen space is cut out when I use "Fit to screen" when input source has resolution of 1920×1080: (3120/1920 × 1080 - 1440)/2 ≈ 158px. This is around 15% of screen space.

So, to avoid cutting out subtitles, it will be very handy to be able to automatically align them to the bottom of the screen rather than to the edge of video. Or align to the upper of these two.

It can be done safely for SubRip and such but not for all kind of records in SSA, to my knowledge, since SSA allows you to position elements on the screen as you wish.
Although, it may be possible to distinguish between closed captions and everything else in some cases.
