disable group by first character

There are more than 100,000 different Chinese characters. It is actually impossible to count them all precisely. That is a huge number compared to the 26 letters of English alphabet.

I have many videos with Chinese file name, it's not necessary to group by them according to the first character, there may be a file per group. It add inconvenience to find files.
