Mobile version of VLC needs finer controls of current play position

I listen to audio books. Often I need to skip backwards or forwards 15 seconds. The position scroll is really difficult to use on a 30-hour book. Hitting a 'Back 15 seconds' button a few times would be preferable to trying to drag the current position indicator left a tenth of an inch. (Especially if driving!)
