Android Auto: Shuffle icon should only appear when there are three or more tracks in the queue

When using Android Auto, the shuffle icon appears when there are two or more tracks in the queue.

Expected behavior

Shuffle icon should only appear when there are three or more tracks in the queue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create 1, 2, and 3 track playlists.
2. Load the 1 track playlist, icon is absent.
3. Load the 2 track playlist, shuffle is present, but cannot be activated.
4. Load the 3 track playlist, shuffle icon is present, and can be activated.
