[Feature request] Allow configuration of forward and back skip time in video / audio

Description

I'd like to be able to configure the forward and backward skip time from 10 seconds to any other value.

Expected behavior

Being able to open the Settings in the app, and have somewhere (Interface?) an option to change the skip time from the default 10 seconds to other value at will.
