Reduce pipeline duration

The pipeline are starting to take quite a long time. A few things can be tweaked to improve this:

• Run the tsan test as a scheduled config
• Only run the removable == true configuration during scheduled run
• Since the previous step is likely to reduce the coverage quite a bit, only do coverage testing during nightly schedules.

Since the exception issue was resolved in wine, we could restore the tests for that config, but I'm not sure it's worth testing win32 & win64 systematically.
