CMake support

It would be super nice to be able to build this library with CMake (my project already has a ton of dependencies and everything else uses CMake), in order to not have to have meson and ninja installed. I would have tried making one myself but I got intimidated as to how much stuff seems to be configured in meson.

Sorry if this is a duplicate, I didn't find any other issue than this mentioning cmake.
