Replace VLCKit Thumbnailer with libvlc implementation

The existing thumbnailer in VLCKit should be replaced by the libvlc implementation, which offers more features and should at least be equally performant.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
