Carthage: Binary project specification for XCFramework without 32-bit slices

With the addition of the optional build parameter including 32-bit slices in the built XCFramework it would be nice to have a separate Carthage binary project specification listing frameworks without these slices, in addition to the current Carthage json files.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
