Assigning Outgoing Port For Client

Hello,

Is there anyway to assign the outgoing port of the client side? From my understanding, it is randomly assigned. Or will there be a socket option to assign a value to this port in the future? Because we need to know the outgoing port for our implementation to add some level of security.
