Basic address sanitizer coverage of tools in CI flow

It would be nice to have some really basic address sanitizer coverage of the librist tools in the CI flow.

The crash in 26d039c0 could have been caught immediately by address sanitizer. This issue is another issue that was uncovered by asan: #42 (closed)
